Why This Work Matters to Me

I’m Sandrine.
I support people who feel overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck in repeating emotional or physical patterns.
My work helps the mind feel safe again, allowing calm, clarity, and balance to return naturally.
Rooted in lived experience, my approach recognises how deeply the mind and nervous system shape our health, emotions, and sense of safety.
Today, I help individuals step out of survival mode by working at the source of unhelpful patterns — not just managing symptoms. My role is not to fix you, but to guide you back to your own capacity for balance, resilience, and wellbeing.

Rather than managing symptoms or pushing through discomfort, my work focuses on addressing what sits beneath unhealthy repeating patterns. When the mind and nervous system feel safe, change can happen naturally, without force or pressure.
By working with the deeper emotional and physical stress responses, we create the conditions for clarity, regulation, and lasting balance to return.

I use two core techniques: NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy to help you break patterns

1. Free 30-Minute Discovery Video Call
A relaxed conversation to understand what’s been coming up for you and whether we’re a good fit.

2. 90-Minute Session — £125
A tailored session designed to help settle the nervous system, ease emotional or physical tension, and support meaningful change at the source.

3. Follow-Up Support (Included)
We stay connected to check how things are settling and ensure the work continues to support you in a way that feels right.

All sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can relax in a familiar, comfortable environment. Online work is just as effective — what matters most is the quality of guidance and the space created.
