This free online Zoom call offers a gentle space to talk through what feels challenging and what you would like to change. You can share what is affecting your wellbeing, whether it is anxiety, disrupted sleep, stress, pain or emotional triggers, and ask any questions you may have about hypnotherapy or NLP. Together, we explore what your mind and body need and outline an initial direction that feels safe, grounded and achievable. There is no pressure to commit to further work. The purpose of this call is clarity, connection and understanding, helping you feel supported before deciding on next steps.

90 Minute Hypnotherapy and NLP Session

This personalised online Zoom session combines a mind assessment, hypnosis and NLP techniques to support meaningful inner change. We begin by exploring how your mind processes stress, thoughts and emotions, giving insight into patterns that shape your daily experience. Guided hypnosis helps your body settle and quiet the nervous system, allowing deeper access to the subconscious. NLP techniques then help soften unhelpful reactions linked to anxiety, sleep difficulties or stress. You receive clear steps for lasting behavioural change and personalised tools to use between sessions. This 90 minute session is £125 and tailored entirely to what your mind and body need that day.

Follow Up Review

This follow up review, held online via Zoom, is included at no additional cost and supports integration after your main session. We talk through any emotional, physical or behavioural shifts you have noticed, exploring how your mind and body are responding. If something feels unclear or challenging, we adjust strategies so the next phase of change feels natural and manageable. This check in helps reinforce new patterns and ensures they become easier to maintain in everyday life. You also receive reassurance and guidance to stay grounded and confident. These reviews are included because ongoing care strengthens the effectiveness and stability of the work
